There are many authentic things and foods in Murshidabad.
Among them tandoori chai is one of the best tea ever been made.There are also many kind of foods like Baked Rasgulla , kachori , cream bread etc..

                              
                                                                               In this unique tea-making process, kulhads are roasted in a pre-heated tandoor. Then, semi-cooked tea is poured into the extremely hot kulhads to bubble over as it finishes cooking. The hot clay pot gives the tea a smoky flavour.

Beside the small palace of cossimbazar the shop is situated.
Mr.krishnendu is owner of this shop. Many foods are available there like chocolate tea , creamy bread , cold coffee etc.
The special thing of this shop is tandoor tea. Since 2017 he was trying ing to made many happy customer with his creativity.
The authentic flavour and fragnance of Dates jaggery comes out from this tea. It is super tasty and had a creamy flour too. It is not so expensive so everyone can try it for just 15Rs only.

Murshidabad has its own historical fragrance of ethnicity in its each corners..each road..each walls. And Tandoori is one of the nababi food among of them. And this tandoori chai..will definitely brings you to the era of nawabs.
